Day Of Coordination




Planning an event takes organization, research, networking, attention to detail, vision and roughly 120 hours. Our clients hire us to help them save time and entrust us make their vision come to reality and more.

We offer full service planning or partial planning services. 

Full Service Planning 

We make the planning process easy and fun for our clients. This package focuses on everything from start to finish. Beginning with learning about your vision, helping find suitable vendors, assisting with decisions on details, discussing logistics, design, creating layouts of venue space, event timeline, scheduling, ceremony and rehearsal dinner, managing the day of the event, invitations, seating chart, set up and clean up. We are with you through it all to make sure your experience is stress free and enjoyable.

Partial Planning

‚ÄčThis package is the next step below full planning service because some of the vendors have already been hired. This package focuses more on assisting with logistics and the design aspect of the event yet still offer perks of managing the event and it's preparation. We help you finalize decisions with design & event logistics with hired vendors, layout, timelines, ceremony rehearsal, day of management, set up and clean up. 

This package is a step above day of coordination due it offering more appointments to assist in time with vendors, design, logistics and final decisions. 

Day of Coordination assists with the final stages of an event. This service is automatically included in our planning packages. We also offer this service as a stand alone package. After vendors have been booked and final decisions made, that's when our coordination package comes in. We learn every detail of what's been planned so we can be the hands, eyes and feet for our client on the day of event. The key role of a coordinator is to manage the event within the last month. 

After we've learned all the planning information, we contact hired vendors to create a seamless timeline that works well for everyone. We take pride in our timelines as they are the blueprint for everyone. There is no "I" in making an event happen, it takes a team and that is the vendors. Our goal is to make sure the different vendors work ethics bode well with each other so that the event goes smoothly, minimizing potential issues. When issues do arise, we handle it so our client can enjoy the hard work they put into planning the event. 

Set Up & Clean Up

‚ÄčTypically with Day Of Coordination set up and clean up is minimal. However we do offer this service as an add on to the Coordination package. The add on of this package is included but not limited to:
